ORRA’s mission is to advance the professional practice of compensation, benefits and total rewards. Education is key to advancing this mission. We are committed to offering a variety of educational opportunities in Ottawa that respond to the needs of our members and of the broader HR community.
Some of our current initiatives:
ORRA partners with companies in the region to sponsor events and host training or certification courses in convenient, professional training environments.
ORRA works with high schools, colleges and universities to support educational partnerships in the area of total rewards, and to increase awareness and interest in the profession from students.
ORRA members have access to
WorldatWork certification at discounted prices to advance their careers. In addition, ORRA members have access to webinars hosted by WorldatWork they may attend at no cost.
Part of ORRA’s mission is to create opportunities for students to connect with employers and to inspire employers to hire new graduates and students. We also connect employers with valuable internship and placement programs for HR students.
