ORRA was established in 2005, with 35 members. In 2013, ORRA had 119 members. ORRA’s volunteer leaders and teams are the driving force behind this success. Together with our members, we remain committed to advancing the professional practice of compensation, benefits and total rewards.
ORRA is a proud member of
WorldatWork’s Local Network, and ORRA members have access to
WorldatWork certification to advance their careers. In 2009, ORRA was the inaugural winner of the WorldatWork Local Association of the Year Award.
ORRA is also pleased to extend training opportunities and access to events to active members of the Human Resources Professionals Association, Ottawa Chapter, and the
Greater Toronto Area Rewards Association.
